Our pies do not contain any artificial preservatives, hence, they are best eaten fresh or at least consumed within the next day. If you need to keep the pie to the next day, cool it down thoroughly before placing the pie into the refrigerator. Do not freeze pie.
To re-heat, take the pie out from the refrigerator at least 2 hours in advance to allow it to thaw to room temperature.
If you are using a microwave oven, set to a high setting and re-heat for 90 seconds.
If you are using a convection oven (recommended), preheat the convection oven to 160 degrees, and heat the pie for 10 minutes.
